Or find the app in the app store:

  • Go to Home screen
  • Open the App Store on your phone
  • Search for AxisCare Mobile
  • Install the app


Once the app is installed:

  • View all your apps
  • Find the AxisCare icon to open the app
  • Log-In to the app using the username/password you were assigned and Agency ID 16715
  • After your first sign in, you will be asked to change your password, remember the new password you choose
