Or find the app in the app store:

  • Go to Home screen
  • Open the App Store on your phone
  • Search for Rosemark Caregiver Mobile
  • Install the app


Once the app is installed:

  • View all your apps
  • Find the rose icon to open the app
  • Log-In to the app using the username/password you were assigned and Agency ID 1371
  • After your first sign in, you will be asked to change your password, remember the new password you choose

 

Previous App Versions for Older Devices: If the newest version for iPhone is not working for you, try a previous version of the app. Click here.

If you can’t download the app, use the Caregiver Web Portal

The Caregiver Web Portal has less features compared to the app, but it allows you to view your schedule and clock-in/out without downloading the app. For this option, you need a username and password, and you must also know your Caregiver ID # and your Client’s ID # in order to use this option. Ask your staffing coordinator for this information if you need to use this option.
