Ready to go paperless? If you’ve had a perfect record of clocking in, completing tasks, collecting signatures, and clocking out for 30 or more days, you can request to go paperless. To qualify for paperless timesheets, you must have done the following for at least 30 or more days in a row:
- Clocked in and out on time and from the client’s home
- Checked off all your required tasks, and
- Obtained your signature and the client’s signatures through the app
Before going paperless, your staffing coordinator must confirm that you have met the criteria and that your client’s digital care plan is identical to the care plan on your paper time sheets. Many of our clients’ services are funded by Medicaid, Medicare, or the VA. We are required by law to maintain documentation which shows the date and time as well as the list of tasks performed. Contact your staffing coordinator to learn more or to request to go paperless.
