Pfizer and Moderna require 2 doses on 2 separate visits; Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine is “one and done.” You aren’t limited to searching for the vaccine in your county of residence! This tool is pretty robust in that it lets you search the entire United States, and filter by which vaccine you want: Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson. Most of the results appear to be private locations, like grocery stores and pharmacies. The link is: https://vaccinefinder.org/search
