Celebrating Juneteenth!

Celebrating Juneteenth: Honoring Independence for All at Caring Hands United!

Juneteenth, also known as Black Independence Day, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. On June 19, 1865, Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, to announce that the Civil War had ended and slaves were free.

Here at Caring Hands United, we recognize the importance of Juneteenth and the ongoing fight for equality. We celebrate the resilience and strength of the African American community, and we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to all our clients.
