Using the email on unrelated websites will result in a uncontrollable spam problem that may lead to your account being terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Do not click links in emails sent to you unless you are absolutely sure it is not a virus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Do not open attachments from people unless you know what the file is supposed to be and you know it&#8217;s not a virus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Assigned email addresses may end in <strong>.org<\/strong> or <strong>.com<\/strong>, but they are not interchangeable; therefore, you must be precise when giving your email address out to colleagues, clients, and case managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now, choose the option below that matches the email address type you were assigned for further instructions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-0\">\n<div class=\"su-spoiler-title\">Instructions for Company Email Addresses that End with .com<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler-content\">If you&#8217;re comfortable using most email services, you can choose any of the three webmail programs: Horde, RoundCube, or SquirrelMail. Once you determine which service you like the best, you can click the link that says &#8220;Enable Autoload&#8221; so that you&#8217;ll automatically be directed to it next time you log in.<\/p>\n<p>If you prefer the simplest option available, then Choose the link that says\u00a0<b>Round Cube Mail<\/b>. You will automatically be in the Inbox folder.<\/p>\n<p>Once in your email, you should set up your signature by going into options or preferences or settings.\u00a0In the\u00a0<b>Signature<\/b>\u00a0box, enter your full name, then underneath, enter your company title and contact information (e.g., phone number, fax, email, etc.).
